#12 is willing to come out of internet anonymity. He is that damn confident. I think he deserves his pound of flesh, give him what he’s asking for when Real Madrid eliminates Bayern on Tuesday.

Nope, no deal from my end.

No way he gets the title of Bayern-Expert while he's spewing his negativity about competitive matches :)

Also, you gave me a good idea should you not take the bet

I think I deserve that title more than being slapped in the face so no deal...

Regarding my good idea... would you prefer "Extreme Pessimist" or "Coward" as your new title? :)

I'm not a coward... I don’t think I'm an extreme pessimist, but I cannot deny I am a pessimist sometimes - pessimist please!

I'd suggest "Radical pessimist". More catchy :D

To some extent but who cares? The tie isn't over yet. Maybe we'll need luck, maybe we won't, maybe we won't qualify either way, but we still have something to play fo

Btw I think by your reasoning about us last season you could say Real were lucky on Wednesday. If that's the case then all the more reason to be confident

Getting more optimistic about this every day... In my mind we were already out once Asensio scored that second goal, heck, even when Marcelo scored. Told my dad, that if we don't score another before half time, I have no trust in this team.
Still think we'll go out, but we'll put up a good fight. This isn't over yet.

To be fair I knew we would lose the match the moment Ribery missed the 2-0. I felt it'd be Chelsea all over again. It'd have been better for us had Ribery never gotten that chance.

If we go out that will be another of those "what-if" moments.

2014: Alonso blocking Götze's shot in Madrid
2015: Lewandowski sliding past the ball in front of an empty goal in Barcelona
2016: Müller's penalty miss against Atletico
2017: Our self-destruction with Martínez & Vidal's red card and the penalty miss

Realistically we only need the same performance as last week with a little bit more effectiveness. That easy. :coffee:

This is more or less my feeling both during the game and now
