Barcelona despise pressing teams and that's what happens every time when they face top die hard team that can press all 90 minutes.

Bayern aren’t even playing well TBH. But this is THE WORST BARCELONA I HAVE EVER SEEN.

I'm not sure what to think - yes, the pressing is really, rally killing them and they keep doing the same mistakes, but our defense is leaving tooooo much space for Messi - especially in the first 35 minutes! Lewa has been a non-factor in the first half. We're often catch disorganized defensively and that Alaba nightmarish own goal, my god.

But, we're still 1-4 up. I hope we're not going to concede goals in the first 20 minutes of the 2nd half.

I can't believe the tactic used by Flick tonight. We've practically been bypassing the midfield and not playing into exactly what the amateur Setien wanted, avoiding Barcelona's numerical advantage. Thiago is just being used as a sounding board for loose balls and Goretzka's engine is used to chase the game as almost a Kanté-like destroyer.

Also noticed Müller and Gnabry switched positions a lot when we're off the ball or just recovered the ball, where we have Gnabry pressing and Müller drifting out then in. We saw that pattern in 3 of the 4 goals so I feel like that must have been planned. Hats off to Müller, but Perisic might be my MoTM so far. He was given clear instructions defensively and in transition, which he followed perfectly.

Goretzka's also proving himself. Clear trajectory to world class level now.

Honestly though IMHO the 2-1 was the breakthrough... We were lucky to not be behind up to that point...

Our's tactics was to neutralize Messi, their tactics was to neutralize Lewandowski (he managed to make an assist).
But we have Perisic, Mueller and Gnabry, while they have Suarez and others (who actually?)
