Lol. So who is going to be the referee? Blame is on standby, ready to be used.

The rferee is just the footsoldier.
We already started with the pleasantries 2 weeks before the match.

I wish I was the lawyer against Real Madrid. Ramos was in the stands, higher than 'pitch level', then he was in the dugout, below 'pitch level'. Unless he used a teleportation device, at some point he must have been exactly at pitch level whilst going down stairs/escalator/lift.

The fact nothing will be done to punish Sergio Ramos makes me sick. I’m so mad at this, words couldn’t describe. “He behaved well” WTF this sounds absolutely ridiculous! Not even getting excited about this match, we all know how it’s gonna go...

Next time, Allegri should have grabbed Ramos by the shirt and pulled his ass onto the pitch so he could get suspended again.

Of course the decision to not suspend Ramos was made just minutes after the draw.

That still wouldn't ensure suspension though because if he fell they would argue that he was not 'standing' at pitch level.
Capisc

It was communicated BEFORE the draw actually, at least before the 'draw' that was screened in public :)

Look at the video, around 28s to 33s. Ramos attempts to get onto the pitch and is being held back by a Real Madrid staff member. He puts one foot on the pitch and then shifts his weight onto it leaving just one trailing foot below pitch level. This is more ridiculous than PSG's circumvention of FFP rules.

I noticed that and that's why I asked if it is official because I found the whole thing a joke.

But speaking from the draw after Madrid were again paired with Bayern, Butragueno told beIN SPORTS that his club had been informed no action would be taken as no rules had been broken.

"UEFA have told us there is no risk of a ban as there is not reason for one," he said. [source]
