I suppose in larger fields they have to run more distance with every counterattack and get tired more quickly. Also a larger field gives us more space to play our own possession game.

Has Renato Sanches even ever played as a RB for Benfica? I know he hasn't for Bayern, just wondering if you'd want him to play in a new position in what would be one of the most important matches of his career.

He has not ever played as a fullback in his career, to my knowledge. Maybe in youth teams, I don't know about that for sure.
Closest thing would be a half-dozen matches as a right-sided midfielder or one match as a DM for Swansea. Hahaha.
