With Fabinho back in the midfield, I think playing James, Thiago and Goretzka would be way too offensive and unbalanced. Also, maybe start with Robbery and replace them with the speedsters when Liverpool is tired from all the gegenpressing.

Liverpool vs Burnley FC:

This is super! Bayern will have 21 hours 30 minutes extra rest ahead of this match, and will not need to travel!

If I'm understanding correctly, Virgil van Dijk, Dejan Lovren and perhaps even Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be back in time for this match. Only backup central defender Joe Gomez is expected to be missing.

I wouldn't say MUCH more. Just wondering, is there any chance of the Liverpool match being rescheduled to be played earlier or is the K.O. set in stone?

Seems like Rafinha is in pole position for that RB position.

Since we have no wingers left ....
And no Kimmich I would play 4.3.2.1

Raf or Boa as RB

Thiago Javi Goretzka

Gnabry James

Lewa

I think its unlikely both Lovren and Ox will be ready for the return game. Lovren hasnt played since early Jan, Ox nearly a whole season both will be far from match fit. Baring any injuries it will be the same team but Fabs in midfield and Virgil paired with Matip.

Not a chance. Not any.

The only way our shit coach find to stop them is to park the bus.

Now we have to score, so we can't park the bus. So they will score at least one. And if they score one we have to score two. Impossible task.

And we will be with Rafinha as RB lol ... and they will have Van Dijk back in defense and Fabinho back in midfield.

Not a chance.
4-3-3 : Neuer (Ulreich) - Kimmich (Pavard) Süle (Martinez) Hernandez (Boateng) Alaba (Davies) - Goretzka (Tolisso) Thiago (Cuisance) Coutinho (Sanches) - Gnabry (Müller) Lewandowski (Arp) Coman (Perisic)

Liverpool will win this on away goals. Mark my words. Can’t see Bayern keeping a clean sheet and no way we put on a similar defensive performance again in the UCL.

Need to start giving Davies and Sanches (and Rafinha) games to stand a chance because of injury crisis.

Yeah, agree.
It was a much awaited water tight display at Anfield, but this Bayern side does not have the cutting edge in attack to trouble top level teams.
I can't see how they will create 4-5 chances from open play, let alone score.

Piss poor "fans". Its unbelievable how lame you have become, worse than AC Milan fans. Go and find some other team to "believe" in, please.

This is why I'm saying that we came out with a decent (not great) result (0-0) from the first leg even with a mediocre football display.

The match was boring as **** and our offensive play was barely existing, I don't care Liverpool Munich Allianz Arena Anfield Road whatsoever, when you are facing a Matip-Fabinho CB pair you have to produce scoring opportunities and SHOTS ON TARGET!! and SCORE!!

You never know what will happen in a three weeks' time, maybe Lewandowski gets injured and bye bye.
