Nah why?

In order to make extra time spicier I would devide it in three tem mins half each...
First half 10v10
2nd half 9v9
3rd half 8v8

First, the home team gets an advantage of playing 30 more minutes of football in the second leg. Also, after 180 minutes of football extra time is pretty pointless and it might as well immediately go to PKs.

Yes at least the away goals rule should have still remained in extra time. You need something to balance out the advantage a team has playing an extra 30 minutes at home.

Not only that but the amount of matches going to extra time will increase drastically.

I like that idea. Away goals in extra time would be great. However, in my opinion after 180 minutes of football extra time is pointless. Might as well go straight to PKs…..

The fatigue will be the same for both.. I wouldnt mind doing PK's after 180 minutes. You had 2 full games to get a decision, why add another useless 30 minutes where probably none of the 2 is going to risk anything and just try to avoid injury also..

Great news! =D>

Glad that everything will be "normal" and no golden goal or straight PKs.

Golden goal is even more unfair than home/away goal rule imo. Have had enough of it in ice hockey already

Aint it fucking funny that they even rewarded Wembley with the CL final after booing national anthems of others and being racist as fuck to their own players? Hence, this against racism bullshit form the UEFA is just some paper nonsense.

We won't see Celtic Park, Mercedes Arena, Velodrome, Olimpico, Johan Cruijff Arena, Mestalla, San Mames, San Paolo, Cardiff Millennium Stadium, Old Trafford any time soon...

I think smaller cities also deserve to host the CL final.

"Deserve"? No one "deserves" anything, much less small cities. The CL final should be played were it makes more sense to do so, that being a well known stadium belonging to one of the heavyweights.

The infrastructure (of the stadium and the city) is all that should matter. If it’s good, it’s good. But surely somewhere like Old Trafford should not be considered underserving in any case. It’s ridiculous that Wembley will have hosted it 3 times in 15 years.
