The unbelievable part would have been if they won today and would have definitely finished 1st in such a difficult group and with a matchday to spare.

I have a feeling that this is impossible to happen. UEFA will name special referee team to take care of Madrid so they end up in the K.O. stage. Even for the other group match just in case to make things extra spicy. :wink:

Borussia Mönchengladbach have failed to recognize or feel their historic opportunity this season. This season they are playing the best football in the CL, however... they could have been in COVID season something like APOEL 2011/2012(quarterfinal), Ajax 2018/2019(semifinal) or Atalanta last season, but no.
They just can't figure it out. :roll:

It’s going to be Gladbach and one of the others depending on what Inter do. Gladbach and Real will draw, I think.

Happy to see Dortmund secure their place in the next round, unfortunality we couldn't win to finish top of the table. Hopefully that can be done last match day when we face rock bottom Zenith, but with Dortmund, you never know. First half we played some good football and created chances and I think our half time lead was deserved. Second half we falled back and couldn't keep up the game as I hoped. Wether it was a penalty or not I let other's discuss. Haaland was out of the game, and that of course was big blow for us, Hummels limping of in the dying minutes, Haaland is predicted to be out for the rest of the year, about Hummels I don't know at the moment.
