Is it bad that I wouldn’t care if we don’t win it now? It’s not a proper CL now as the best thing about it is having to play some of the best teams around home and away to prove you are the best in Europe.

Annoying that whatever happens we can’t get proper revenge on those west London scum yet either as the competition is now tainted

Either the old way or else cancel this year's edition
I think it should be finished at the beginning of next season and ditch the group stage next year.

But how to determine who qualifies or not..?
They do it all K.O as it was pre 1992?

Yeah, add a round of 32. Other than groups of death (and something similar is still possible with a bad draw) there are very few upsets in the group stage anyway.

And that's why you are not a club president. Not a single one will think this way, guaranteed.

Very true. If it was up to fans rather than club presidents the leagues would never have started either. They either don’t understand or don’t accept that the clubs they support are businesses which can’t just shut down until fans are allowed back

Many useless games but they generate important money. My reasoning is mostly that the clubs signed up for a certain format this season and it doesn’t seem quite right to change it halfway as playing one leg essentially changea the tournament. Playing it all in one week also introduces an element of luck alteady present in the world cup, and is even worse here. Even just a very minor injury to a star player well have you miss them for every single KO round.

Next season hasn’t started yet, so changes to the structure necessitated by the situation seem more acceptable.

Turkey may refuse to organize the final.
Uefa is looking for alternatives... Portugal , Germany or a full tournament in ficking Doha

How about no.... ? this is European comp and not an Asian or an arab thing

Wouldn't it be too hot in Doha? Better to do it in Russia, in my opinion.

It would have been perfect in Croatia if we only have had stadium infrastructure, some 3-4 stadiums. :D
