Red Bull are a big player in all sports they've gone into. It's about time they become big in football too.

Except that football remains one of the sports where you cant buy "bigginess", history and world class status.

Money surely helps, but it would take 10+ years to RB Leipzig actually meaning something in Europe, not to mention the world.
I wonder if the actual sponsor has that long-lasting intention to pour that much money into the project. Meantime - mediocre team at best.

The goals conceded by RBL were amateurish to say the least.

Surely? How come you got that kind of confidence while you don’t credit Nagelsmann with it?

Don't forget Kovac was the Cro Nt coach

As great as thrashing Tottenham was I just cannot see Bayern winning the European Cup this season. Our players still have a lot of maturing together to do plus the ever looming injury crisis with Bayern is always a factor.

Although our finishing in that game was super clinical and that is what is needed to win the UCL but our defense still looks shaky against teams who press. Spuds were on top until the 33rd minute when they were pressing really hard.

If Bayern can combine the clinical finishing in offense that we showed in the Tottenham game with the defensive solidity that we displayed in that 0-0 draw at Anfield in February then maybe we can go deep in this seasons’ UCL.

I expect Liverpool to retain the UCL or Zidane to fluke another trophy. Maybe Messi can carry Barcelona to one more European Cup. PSG and Manchester City have the teams to win but lack the mentality. Juventus and Ajax are teams looking for redemption and therefore possibly the most dangerous knockout opponents for Bayern.

Hi American USA On the last paragraph

I don't think that Pool will be focusing too much on the ucl this time...
I don't see us as favourites either.

Barca & Real IMO they don't stand a chance this year.

I am super afraid that this time round it might be the year of one of the following, PSG , Man C or Juve....

I love the idea of Kovac get sacked before Knockout phase then we crown Champions league with his deputy (Hansi Flick in this case).

I believe we do have both quality and quantity at this point (Coutinho and Coman + Gnabry's developments on attacking and Neuer's comeback at the goal will be very important for us to win the crucify moments)
