Guardiola would be coaching us right now or in the last 4 years after Heynckes' 4-5 years long era 2011-2016 and the German wouldn't have returned to Bayern in 2017.
Heynckes and Flick showed us all what FC Bayern need on the bench.
We needed a coach who didn't play Robben, might be 3. Liga coach name.
Robben was liability, absolutely selfish on and off the pitch, he was killing team play as we see it nowadays.
As Carletto said one day in Italian interwiev (me being FC Napoli fan) "Bayern needed changes, but Bayern didn't want to change".

Still funny how a Kovac fanboy talks about wasting time with clearly superior coaches...

The rest is true, but you do not know if Klopp would've worked here...
Kovac is not the best trainer out there, it is not rocket science, but he was not given a chance by the players and besides that his methods were misunderstood.
He tried his best but found a lot of internal opposition.

His best isn’t good enough. It is not just about internal opposition.

Bayern play to win, not to do our best. And it’s clear now we had a team capable of winning the treble.

It's unbeliavable how you defend Kovac and call Guardiola a fraud. Kovac had his chance for 1 year and a half, both seasons we had a terrible start in Bundesliga and only managed to win BL 2018/19 because BVB bottled it. Kovac was clueless with our tactics in defense and offense, he was unable to use our Raumdeuter Muller which Is a football crime and many players would have left had he stayed: Muller, Neuer, Thiago, Alaba, Boateng - all would have left and it's only thanks to Flick if today we are just talking about losing Thiago.

Remember everyone was making fun of that group of Lyon-Leipzig-Benfica-Zenit. Now two of them are in the semis, being played at Lisbon

Now we have everything and it's on the board to keep Flick happy, as long as possible even if he ends up trophy-less and keep an eye on Germans(Nagelsmann, Klopp, Tuchel, Rose, Kohfeldt, Hoeneß, etc.) and Dutch coaches.
Heynckes episode can't be repeated.

List of semifinalist coaches in the last 2 years: Flick, Nagelsmann, Tuchel, Rudi Garcia, Klopp, Pochettino, Ten Hag, Ernesto Valverde, Zidane, Heynckes, Eusebio Di Francesco.
5 out of 11 are Germans.

Well, at least with me it’s just the quoting that bothers you... YOU OTOH, despite me explaining it like 50 times already, still don’t get it...

His methods? You can only misunderstand something that is THERE...

Your claim is absolute nonsense!

Be got more chances than Ancelotti, Klinsmann, Rehhagel,...

And he will never be on par with any of them! Well, maybe Klinsmann...

You have to DESERVE a chance, not demand it and see where it goes from there...

What is a chance for you? Letting him completely ruin a team?

Maybe you forgot, but ten months ago the very same team that played on Friday lost to fucking Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 while playing shit every fucking game...

As with politics, you’re so stubborn and set in your ways, you git no problem bending the truth to make it fit your narrative... Good stuff!

I'm not complaining about City's elimination but something sinister was afoot last night. I can't help but think that UEFA took revenge for the CAS defeat. If so, that's not in the spirit of fair play, though truth be told neither are City's finances, but you don't do a negative to negate a negative.
