I had a similar discussion about the Bundesliga with a Liverpool fan yesterday. While he thinks the Bundesliga is a bad league (saying Stoke City would end up 2nd, which I think is idiotic), at least he admits that Bayern would probably have won the EPL in most if not all of the past six years.

Tell him that Munich is much colder than Stoke, albeit with less rain 8)

Wow that’s wild. I actually think that team like BVB would tear PL apart. PL reeks of glorified mediocrity, City and Liverpool are the only teams that wouldn’t get absolutely shredded outside of england.

Their prestige is generated by money, not by quality.

Starting XI: Bürki - Hakimi, Toprak, Diallo, Zagadou - Witsel, Delaney, Dahoud - Sancho, Pulisic, Götze

Favre conjured up a 4-3-3 formation for tonight. With our shaky defence lately I guess he wants to strenghen the middle, Witsel and Delaney will focus on helping out at the back and Dahoud will play a bit higher up. Also Pulisic instead of Guerreiro so less hold up play and more fast counter attacks.

Maybe it will work out but I'm still not optimistic. Team needs to show some maturity first because we could have easily won last three games with a bit more precision and calm, instead we got 3 draws, one going to lost penalties.

I am sorry for you but with that def and with Goetze as striker I don't think that you guys stand a chance.

My pred 3-1 for the home team

Beautiful pressing by Tott...

Unbelievably dominating start from Ajax, could've scored two. Would highly recommend tuning in.
