They're not excluded, they're in 8th place behind PSG (6th) and Real Madrid (7th) with a big difference in odds (more than double) over 9th place Manchester United.
Basically bookmakers feel only 8 teams have a realistic chance, and Bayern are one of them.

He lost his mind and path. The only thing that he's still got is to bark around on everyone. As far as I'm concerned, he can either retire from coaching or take control of some national team.
In club football he is so done. In fact, he was done back in Chelsea when he was sacked and left Chelsea out of European competitions.
If you can't bring glory to Man United and with them, with such a pervert financial budget, then you can return to Portugal and coach Porto, Benfica or Sporting instead of selling your reputation and embarrassing yourself in front of the entire world. Even the mentioned clubs would seriously consider whether he is a right choice or a parasite who'd suck all from their bank accounts.
