What is that video showing?

Mourillo diving over nothing and then Ronaldo mussing his hairs telling him to get up

Simply bullshit from that german linesman

Look, Ronaldo clearly tells the player something while gesticulating. It's clear we won't know what he said, but if we give him the benefit of the doubt there's still the fact that karma finally caught up with him. Unfortunately it hit Juventus not the deserving Real Madrid. Though, of course, something like that would never happen to Real Madrid.

I agree but in case of ones in favour of Juventus and Spanish clubs, it always raises my suspicions, sorry! Guess you probably have that with Inter.

But the Ref made up for it...

He was one of the worst Refs in Russia and was in fact sent home... (for that shameful decision against Serbia when they were playing the players representing Switzerland)

Mariano is not really "new" for them. He is from their youth. They sell him to Lyon last year for 7M, he scored around 25 goals and now they buy him for 30+M.

That's a price they can live with in case Mariano proves he is an awesome striker and even worth more. 30 mil € today is a bargain for a club such as Real Madrid's caliber and rest of European elite.

They used buy-back clause with Morata, too. Paid around 35 mil € and later sold him as a reserve player for 80 mil € to Chelsea. :D There's always a possibility that they'll repeat with someone else if he shows anything at Real and that someone can't get a chance to play, like Mateo Kovačić.
It's very likely to see Kovačić staying permanently to Chelsea. He got really tired of Real and has become extremely frustrated when he's seen what has happened with his own football development. Now at Chelsea he has found a man in Maurizio Sarri who has given him an opportunity to be a first team player and to continue with the development where he stopped some 4 years ago.

Real counter-attacking is awesome. The way they exploit empty space and move without the ball is simply great!

It's sad that Bayern can't even nearly reach that counter-attacking level. We have always been in our history a counter-attacking club, playing balanced football, slightly defensive, but after 2013 everything went to hell. To see us destroying someone through counters has become something very odd and unfamiliar.

But I think the reason for that issue is well-known for the last 2 and half years - Ribery and Robben.

Yeah, you're right. Diaz is one of my favorite strikers, the future is bright in front of him. *And he played for Lyon*

I am still holding on to whatever shred of hope I can that the Fekir to Bayern rumors had some truth to them...
