Messi does not get helped ... he just plays football

Come on ramsej84.
If they REALLY wanted to give Juve a helping hand, they'd have validated that 5th minute goal.

True. It's more luck than corruption.

anyways i don’t think liverpool will get helped. they’re not that popular and salah is not at that level of marketing power yet. we have a good chance of going through, or at least losing fairly.

No idea why you keep saying this about Liverpool. 100% sure if things were as fixed as you imply (meaning there is no way for the team it is fixed against to still win) we would be favoured over Liverpool.

There's no luck. Atletico would've been lucky to see off Juventus like they did us without any intention to play the match.

He's acting like Juve has an history of refereeing favours...when in fact it has never been so in UCL.
I remember the goal wrongly disallowed to Morata for offside in the second leg vs us for example. Big teams sometimes get refereeing mistakes in their favour, sometimes against them (vs Real  ).

You cannot possibly say the second goal was not lucky considering the absolute world class save Oblak pulled off.

Juventus were lucky to get that idiotic penalty and score the all-important 3rd goal. They'd have run out of steam in extra time.

All in all, there were 4 shots on target by Juventus, and they scored 3. Against Oblak.

If they didn't score those chances, other chances are bound to present themselves. Even if there were luck involved, nothing reasonably beyond the usual fluctuations in the chaotic randomness of football, which could've also turned in favour of Atletico had they tried. Penalty was a normal one which you'd have turned a blind eye on if it weren't Juventus. They more than deserve to win, or more accurately Atletico don't deserve anything more than a loss.

Yes I didn't understand Atletico's lack of balls, but in any case the result still seems a bit harsh.
