Juve did 7 nation after they scored.
Are they consciously trying to do the Bayern thing?

Italy fans sang it during the 2006 WC first

Am I doing the math right... Is this Messi's Iniestas's Xavi's 4th UCL?
Barca is the very first tm who ever won more than one treble...

Hmm I don't remember it as a Bayern thing. We certainly do it the most, but it's more pronounced in European/international matches.

Is it me or Messi was normal player today?

It's not you. The impossible, according to Pep. has been proven not so impossible.
Evidence for me that with a more astute game plan, even with the injuries Bayern could have won the Barca tie.

It is but Messi wasn't in the squad of the final in 2006, Xavi was an unused sub and Iniesta was subbed in.

Well that's it for this season. Thank God it is finally over. It was Barca's year and they fully deserve it. We will come back next season!

I think you are wrong, Barca played it very smart today, and Messi played differently, however you could see his acceleration at moments, from 0 to 100. he was crucial to today's victory, now you wouldn't expect him to dribble 5 players and score 3 goals, right? They hit Juve when they thought they had a chance after the equalizer. Very smart play and deadly counters. Could have been uglier for Juve if Barca had used the chances better.

Fair enough, what about Barca singing the other chants like the 'Super Bayern, Super Bayern, Hey! Hey!'

Genuinely asking here, is that a standard Barca chant?

Yep, In Spain a lot of teams have that song with different lyrics.

For Barça it's "Madridista qui no boti, eh, eh" which translated from Catalan to English means something like "Those who are not jumping are Real Madrid supporters".

Astute game plan = 3-1 defeat with a full squad on a neutral venue

Pep completely stupid tactics = 5-3 aggregate with half of the squad available

Which do you think that could've been the score today if Juventus were missing Tevez, Pogba, Vidal and Lichsteiner? :coffee:
