A draw at Freiburg is a defeat... How somebody who arrogantly claims these are merely friendlies cannot get that is beyond me...

Except it's not. Enough with this metaphorical stuff. We got 1 point and they got 1 point. It is a draw. Yes, they're happier than us but it's still a draw, so the point that the man of the match is rarely the player on the losing side does not hold here since there was no losing side, despite that Bayern's heads left the pitch lower than their opponents'.
