Can you stop being a smart ass and insulting left right and centre?#12 wrote:r10 wrote:What do you expect from an idiot?YlonenXabi wrote:Will you ever learn to quote?
Pretty sure I am smarter than you asshole, virtual proof being I don’t need to overcompensate by insulting strangers on the internet...

Who do you think you are?
I offended me and I let it go but you are crossing the line now
YlonenXabi wrote:I see a very good tactical movement here.
Kimmich is being pressed by 2 or even 3 Schalke players at times when we play from the back. So what we are doing is shifting to a back 3 in defense with Alaba moving to a more central role where he is usually free. 3-2-4-1 in possession and then we go back to a back 4 when defending.
It makes perfect sense because
1- Pavard can play both RB and CB
2- Alaba is originally a CM
3- Lucas can play both CB and LB
And it gets even better because at times we keep the back 4 with Alaba playing wide as LB. So basically Schalke have no clue what to do.
Last year we would have been screwed because Kovac would have had no answer for that Kimmich man marking. But today Flick came up with a very good and effective solution
We just lack some quality (Thiago, Coutinho...) but the tactics have been spot on so far in the game.

That's the kind of substitution Pep used to do. Too advanced stuff for Kovac, give him a couple of decades and he might be there.MUTU wrote:Yes, Lucas could have been subbed out, Pavard could have moved to central defence, Kimmich moved to RB and Cuisance could have slotted in at midfield.
With the players on the pitch, needing to sub out a CD is no excuse for not subbing on Cuisance.
