As much as I wanted Kovac to succeed, he clearly is not ready enough and not big enough to coach Bayern. We could also point out several players that have been poor this season. But a coach has to take the blame when most of the players are under performing.
Now the tough part is to find a suitable coach for Bayern. There's only one coach out there that has the credentials and is available and that's Max Allegri. No Mourinho. If Allegri isn't interested right now we need to appoint Hansi Flick and find a future coach next summer.
