The way I see it it’s "positive" pressure, "Bayern-pressure" if you will: we can win and hit a rival really hard, Bayernlike...
That SHOULD motivate us... And it‘ll show today whether or not we are still Bayern with that jokester on the bench...

It's a double edged sword, cause if we don't get at least 1 point we would be screwed.

Dortmund will focus in BL only from now on and we still have Pokal and maybe CL. We definitely need to close the gap today. A draw wouldn't be a bad result at all, but we need to focus and get the 3 points

Good thing is that even though we are missing many players, I would only consider Coman as a key one. James, Thiago and Lewandowski will definitely play and that should be enough.

Agree mostly but yes, a draw would be bad! This is the moment to start something I've been saying for a while won’t happen: an actual title race... Maybe I'll have to eat my words - but regardless of the time, it won’t happen with a draw...
- Rangnick or ten Hag in!
- Bring a DM, a winger (Sané) and Havertz!
- Get a REAL sports director (Rangnick?)!
- Keep Hoeness and Rummenigge far away from the team!

Away to Gladbach and start him? Kovac is even afraid to use Sanches at Allianz.

it would be disappointing, but I wouldn't call it bad.

There is a huge difference between a loss and a draw today. We should aim for the win, but we should also remind that a draw puts us in a very good position to lift the trophy. We have to be calm and don't take unnecessary risks.

Well, they have lost two games, we have lost four already - yet we could be even by tonight... Know why? ;)

Would be very happy with a draw. Don't think it would be bad at all. It's a difficult game, we're terrible there, but a draw would mean we close the gap slightly, which would mean we have it in our hands. Don't see any reason why a draw would be bad or disappointing.

I cant believe I'm being THIS pessimistic, but a draw is not enough.

We are in a perfect position to level on points with Borussia Losemund after weeks & weeks of trailing behind. And we still have a home match against them.
There isnt a single excuse for the players not to be motivated like they are playing for their lives.

They have everything to prove today.

We HAVE to win for two reasons:

1) Obviously because if we win we draw level with BVB;
2) Less obviously, because if we win against BMG we will have a VERY TIGHT race for UCL spots between BMG, Leipzig, Wolfsburg, Eintracht and Leverkusen...the more this race is tight the better for us because BVB are going to face Wolfsburg the week before they play against us and most importantly we have BMG vs BVB on the last championship round.

BMG is our kryptonite for ages now, I don't remember if we have two consecutive wins over them...
Yes it's a must win but BVB already started to crumble, I want to win this today because it would be a statement. Many absents against a very tough away game, topping the league, you know it's a win that can turn the things over in favor.

However I'm not expecting a win, we might be rolling lately but we play really bad football offensively. I'd take a draw today.

If Thiago-Kimmich works in the most important game of the season, it should be seriously considered as one of our main midfield pairings for the toughest Bundesliga matches and all CL matches against non-royalty teams.

Erm, yes it has?

Anyways, yeah, just realised that's not the case today. Thought I saw Alaba on the lineup.
