If you're thinking of leaving someone out, then the one should be Rafinha not Müller!
Kraft
Hummels, Badstuber, Alaba
Schöpf, Schweinsteiger, Kroos, Can, Contento
Müller, Wagner

I just hope our defense wouldn't be as atrocious. Their chances in the clip came from defenders losing the ball. :| *cross-fingers*

Interesting that Pep said Hojbjerg was the best on the field vs Salzburg....
I did not really see that. Maybe he is just doing some confidence building?

As far as I know isn't Lahm also unavailable? I wonder who is going to play the single pivot... Thiago would probably be Guardiola's preferred choice but I can see him getting all too easily overrun by Gladbach.

^^ May I ask whether that is a stated fact or just an expression of your own hopes? I'm struggling to find clear information on Lahm's availability tonight, and am wondering whether you have that statement from a reliable source. I'd be rather relieved if he does start as defensive midfielder.

Strangely, we were saying in the middle of December that it would be great to resume the season at the end of January with everyone fit (except, unfortunately, the long-term-injured Badstuber). The end of January is here now and we have stil a lot of key players injured.

According to Bayern's off site the only players to miss out are J.Martinez & Schweinsteiger (apart Bads). Ribery has some pain in the legs while Robben can make it to the subs bench.
Captain Philipp Lahm should be fit to play: “He’s trained well,” the head coach said

Thanks, ramsej48. That is better than I thought.

This is probably the biggest challenge we have in the remaining half of the league schedule, and we don't want to be missing too many key players. A convincing win tonight would shore things up very well.
