If he does the same as the last time he replaced Ribery vs Dortmund, I won't complain. ;)

With Ribery injured I expect we will only win 1-4.

If ribs misses this match, and robben is also resting from the knock he picked up during the international match then that makes things a lot more interesting. I expect:

Maybe we'll see Thiago and Shaq on the bench

Maybe Guardiola will play Lahm in the attacking midfield instead of Gotze and Rafinha on the right? Do you think that might happen?

My thoughts exactly! That will at least give Pep a choice of substitutions.

So it is turning into a game of Dortmund with a second-choice defence and a strong attack against Bayern with a strong defence and a second-choice attack. It should be an interesting game.

I agree with Spox's prediction

Neuer
Rafinha, Boateng, Dante, Alaba
Javi Martinez
Müller, Lahm, Kroos, Robben
Mandzukic

I don't like to see Robben on the left wing as he is easier to defend but I expect a lot of movement between our attacking players as usual with Pep. We'll be playing without Ribery, Schweinsteiger, Shaqiri and Pizarro so we need to have some offensive depth in the bench and Götze could be a great joker for the second half.

The players missing could put together their own team, only a gk is missing

piszczek-subotic-badstuber-schmelzer
----------thiago-----------
gündogan - schweinsteiger
shaqiri - pizarro - ribery

sub: hummels

this team could cause some major damage...

I have no idea what to expect from Bayern. Without Ribery and Schweinsteiger we might be able to gain more control on the pitch (not necessarly in terms of possesion). Worse attack also means more missplaced passes and more chances for Dortmund to counter.

I think we will put a very good attacking performance and score more than one goal against Bayern on Saturday but Im also sure we are going to concede at least one goal, probably two. I just hope we score enough to win. A draw wouldnt be a bad result for us, the most important thing is not to lose.

And on Tuesday... thats the game of the season for us.

I think you are in deep doo-doo with the patchwork defense.

That will be our line-up 99%.

I must say the news about Ribery made me a little bit more optimistic about the Saturday game. I dont want you to get it the wrong way but we really needed for a player like Ribery to not play in this game. I hope he recovers for the CL game.

I doubt Friedrich will play. I predict that Dortmund will try the back four that will face Napoli on Tuesday, because really and truly that is the most important match for them.
