Rest Lewandowski, Neuer, Süle, Gnabry, Kimmich, Goretzka, Sané and Davies for this game.

The guys returning from injury (Lucas, Muller, Pavard, Upamecano, and Coman) and our fringe players should be able to do the job against an opponent like Bochum playing in our home stadium.

Lewy should play IMO.

Only if we are leading by a few goals in the second half I would give him some rest.

Dangerous match. Two victories against tough opposition and now an "easy" game. Perhaps play Sabitzer?

I agree, however I would rest one of Sane/Gnabry, one of Kimmich/Goretzka, and Upamecano.

Or maybe he can start, and if he scores he's subbed off to give him a rest. Don't sub him in or he may not have enough time to extend the record.

Kimmich was the one who covered the most distance yesterday, by far, according to the post-match stats.

This too. I know a lot will say records are meaningless and so on but I'm convinced they're a big factor in Lewa's motivation/output.

Sabitzer will surely start this one.

Pavard, Coman and Lucas need some playing time to bring match fitness, and on the opposite - it is a good game to give some rest to Dayot, Muller and probably Lewandowski, but the last one is going for the record, so let him score one goal and sub him at the halftime.

Also, I see this game as a good one to try out some players like Roca and to start with Nianzou (moving Lucas to the LB), but I feel like this is a little bit too much rotation at the heart of the defense. The boys need some momentum, but we can make at least 3 changes against Bochum.
Salihamidžić: “Correct. Dayot Upamecano will play for FC Bayern for the next five years."

Kimmich looked overplayed. Upamecano was supposed to share minutes with Lucas against RB/Barca, so should also be rested. Stanisic deserves a start. Maybe Roca will also get a start, but kind of doubt it. Probably getting subbed on. Hoping for some minutes for Nianzou too.

---------------Lewandowski
------------Sané - Müller - Gnabry
------------Goretzka - Kimmich
Davies - Hernández - Upamecano - Süle
--------------------Neuer

My choice would be:

With hopefully Lewandowski, Muller and Goretzka getting subbed out early if we have a good lead.

If Tolisso can somehow make it (don't think that's a possibility right?) I wouldn't mind him instead of Goretzka. However, I'd prefer not having a Sabitzer-Roca midfield just yet. I'd like to see much more of Roca too but he can rotate in next week instead when we're rotating less. Alternatively, he could start instead of Sabitzer if Nagelsmann doesn't think he's ready for a start.

Yeah, I'd definitely like to see Sabitzer from the start.

He hasn't done anything special yet, but I really liked is off the ball movements. You couldn't tell he's just arrived and barely had any training session with the rest of the team

Goretzka needs to improve. Performance wise he'd be the one that I'd drop.

The Wiesn jersey will be worn for this one aswell. Anyway, i actually expect this game to be harder focus wise, compared to the Barca game.
