Obviously not but if we won it wouldn't have mattered as much similar to Liverpool if they didn't get the PK in injury time today.

We’re not living in conditional world tho...
- Rangnick or ten Hag in!
- Bring a DM, a winger (Sané) and Havertz!
- Get a REAL sports director (Rangnick?)!
- Keep Hoeness and Rummenigge far away from the team!

MUTU wrote:I missed this game and just saw the highlights. I'm shocked at VAR. In the 44th minute, Gnabry squared the ball to Lewandowski who had a very easy tap-in into a practically-empty net that he'd have scored with his eyes closed, but he was clearly pushed in the back. It should have been a red card on top of the penalty, and we'd have ended the first half 1-0 up against 10 men, and we'd have almost definitely won the match comfortably. Disgusting.

Only thing disgusting is the shit we call "soccer"...

Also, it’s not a mandatory red anymore...

I agree, end of the day the result is all that matter or at least what people will talk most about.

Of course you wont waste your time with me cause you don't have a slightest clue what you are talking about Sane.
It makes one wonder if you ever watched City play with Sane in their lineup.

I would like to blame the coaching staff for this shocking performance, but to be honest I think it is more on the players than on Kovac.

It seemed like if they had had a big party after the London match and were playing with a hangover. That was a very poor collective performance

It was no different than basically all season so far... Just that we didn’t score at the right moments to take the lead...

And that's the worst thing that happens after such a big win in an away CL match.

Why they simply can't continue in the same direction for 5-6 straight matches in the last 3-4 years, I still don't get it... :? Sometimes I think that even both Klopp and Guardiola at the same time at Bayern wouldn't force our lads to demolish their BL opponents.

To be honest I was expecting a draw or 1-0 win at most. It was obvious we would be getting CL hangover. However this performance was worse than expected. The main difference was physical sharpness between the teams. We could see Coutinho, Thiago even Tolisso getting bullied physically in the midfield. We needed Javi in there to add some steel in the mid.

Coutinho was wasteful but so was everyone else. Lewa scored but could've done more. Overall fatigued performance by the team. Wasn't hard to foresee a slump after that mid week game. However I would've like to see some player rotation, esp after a midweek CL game, put in Davies, Javi, Muller and Perisic at the start. Maybe Cuisance gets a chance too. Let's wait until next week.

Neuer was definitely too slow with the goals.
I would rate him at 4,5.

Why? Because we had one more day to recover than Dortmund or Leipzig and played a way easier team than them? And at home? We simply aren’t allowed to lose at home to any of the shitty Bundesliga teams... Sorry for saying it but that’s just it!

Also, next week will be a thousand times better as there will be no game...

Mate- it's very common that once you have a match where you absolutely give it your all and dominate, there is a bit of a crash afterwards. And who made up the rule that "We simply aren’t allowed to lose at home to any of the shitty Bundesliga teams" lol... Dude this is sport there is always a chance to lose to someone weaker...That's what makes football exciting, otherwise what the hell is the point of watching anything! lol...

If you watched the match, things just weren't working out for us today, nothing was going well. Sometimes that's just the way it is.
