Looking at Liverpool, Real Madrid or Dortmund, all of their midfielders/fullbacks track back ASAP when they lose possession. Why is it different for us? Where was Tolisso? Where was Kimmich? Where was Thiago? Seeing how Grujic is a midfielder, shouldn't it have been Thiago that was supposed to constantly mark him when he approaches the box?
They were carrying out the genius' plan. That's why it's his fault. He can't be excused with individual mistakes every time when undeniably the mistakes have increased since he took over. There's an underlying cause.
They are individually mistakes but the root cause is that those players are constantly isolated in 1v1 and 1v2 situations. We have fullbacks that stay high up the pitch to overload, and a pair of 8s that constantly make bombing runs up the pitch. That leaves a pair of CBs spread wide to cover for the fullbacks and a single 6 who’s job is also to dictate our play. We are constantly spread way too thin in the back and this shit happens

We could've had like 3 penalties by now.
And they're committing intentional fouls left and right and not getting yellow cards for it.
