Kovac needs to be sacked. There is no prospect with him. We are lucky to draw a mid tier team at home due to a penalty.
Coutinho won't salve the issues, he will be useful with a new coach but Kovac is the part dragging us down
Kovac Out!!

Please announce Coutinho and Kovac's sacking on the same day. That's the double announcement I need this summer

Dude, KOVAC is in way over his head and we gave that game away when we signed that moron... We'll be nine down by matchday five this year!
No worries, we will recover them again.

You mean they’ll throw them away?
- Rangnick or ten Hag in!
- Bring a DM, a winger (Sané) and Havertz!
- Get a REAL sports director (Rangnick?)!
- Keep Hoeness and Rummenigge far away from the team!

I have to present one more angle here that hasn’t been considered. The premier German player we have to sign in the next year isn’t Sané, Havertz or Werner. It’s Ter Stegen.

A stat I remember from back then: there are very very very few examples of the champions in all of the big leagues having not won their first game. I don’t remember the exact number but I think back then it was just one (Barca iirc) in about 10 years.

Not much Neuer could've done tonight, though, is it? The first goal was pure luck and the second goal, shit happens. He was dribbled by a player who was running fast toward him.

True. But to play devil's advocate, the last time Barca didn't win their opening match they did the treble

I see where you’re going and I partly agree (though I haven’t quite given up on Neuer recovering his superhuman form) but the other gaps are more pressing.

Then I guess it's only proper that it's us and Barca doing it again tonight.

They’re 10 minutes away from drawing their first game too.

I don't get the hate re: this game.

We completely dominated. Even defensively, we were exposed just a couple of times, but having Pavard back there helps.

The 1st goal was completely fluky BS. The 2nd goal was just super unfortunate because Pavard got knocked in the head. It sucks. But if game flow/chances were any indication, we should've won this game 8-2.

The biggest disappointment is losing out on 3 points. But we played pretty well. Coman and Gnabry are so dangerous.

Tolisso doesn't look himself yet. And we lack depth. Sanches/Davies off the bench is underwhelming, unfortunately.

Wasn’t even talking about the goals really, I don’t feel nearly as confident in him anymore. Also, a better keeper could have saved the second goal.
