Not excited for our highest profile signing in about 5 years (since Hummels I think)?

Well we did sign Sané and I'm super excited about that. Also, Hernández is like a new signing Lolololol

I'm also excited to see Phonzy keep growing.

I'm interested in seeing what Lucas can do and I have high hopes but to be honest I'm more excited about Suele, who was fantastic in August and who can fit into our starting 11 more easily (Lucas has the Alaba question to contend with). Suele directly improves our starting 11 compared to last season, I have little doubt about that.

What the fucking fuck is Boateng doing in the lineup??????????????? Please don't tell me Flick intends to have Hernández play primarily as a LB!

Strange move at left back, underwhelming bench, but I am still super hype for the start of the season! 9 in a row!

Possibly resting Davies but then he's the only one who featured regularly in Lisbon to be rested.

Maybe Davies is being considered a winger for this one so at least we have someone on the bench?

Ugh. I'm gonna have a meltdown if it turns out Flick is thinking of Lucas as a LB...... Can't believe it 2020 and Boateng is still in our starting lineup.

Coman is out injured. Davies becomes #1 backup for both wings (especially Sane who is not yet fit) and Hernandez starts. Makes sense to me whether you like it or not.

Remember when we had a awesome bench that could step in at any moment? Pepperidge farm remembers.

It's still normal to rotate players, isn't it?

Relax and get excited about the new season and hope that we won't watch another COVID break this autumn.

Sané is not ready to play 90 minutes, that's why Davies is on the bench - he's going to be a huge factor after the 65-70th minute. I don't see why Phonzie starting from the bench seems so strange to people tbh.

Of course, the squad is super short at the moment, but this is Schalke, comeone.

I just clocked - we've got more ex-Schalke players than ex-Dortmund, and Dortmund are the ones always playing the victim card. The state of it.
