Well, easy game for Bayern. Everyone played well - from Lewandowski to Boateng. Good win, take a little break and focus on the next game.

S04 - what amateurs.

Why always this auto-sabotage mode is the leading force in the Bayern board... Whenever we do something like BVB and S04 demolition or RB Leipzig, we automatically and always put our attitude that we are super strong and then we see bunch of injuries, CL humiliations and exits and nothing all over again changes.

If I ignore this above, then I'm super happy and we showed fantastic display on the pitch and that's why we are the best and definitely new-old Bundesliga champions.

But if I recall all those conceded goals, super extra small season squad and some of our players who don't perform consistently... I always repeat myself in the head, it's far from being competitive, but more like the league we are playing in which makes us look better than we are in heads of our board.

I would really like to see us repeating this all from tonight in the next 4 Bundesliga matches + Pokal clash against Hoffenheim which makes 5 game in a row.

Sadly I didn’t watch the game, but this is kind of becoming a trend with Flick isn’t it? He makes really weird choices yet somehow we get the results.

Imagine if we actually had no injuries AND he picked the best possible lineup.

None of the choices were weird, it was our best possible lineup given the available players.

Not true. Pavard could play CB, Kimmich RB and Coutinho MF.

Imagine thinking Coutinho belongs on the pitch, Pavard can play CB in a 4-at-the-back and Kimmich isn't the best Thiago partner we currently have :|

Since Pep the coach debate has been very toxic here about any coach he comes in
I see people here complaining even swearing Flick about today's choices were Bayern completely dominated the game and had 4 injuries(3 starters) to make his adjustments because he didn't play their players to their favorite positions... Many Klopps & Peps we have here

Flick deliberately deployed 4 attacking players who are strong aerially and in the box together. Once I realized that he also told the team to cross at every possible opportunity, it became clear why. Maybe the coaching staff had determined that Schalke's defense is weak aerially.

You don't think that Gnabry is better than at least one of Goretzka or Perisic?

He's very frustrating to watch, because he could be such a good player if he just knew to get the ball quickly off his foot. And, of course, had the vision to do so in a useful manner. And, of course, the constant long-shots are really not worth it. I checked, and in the Bundesliga he's shot the ball(outside of direct free kicks) from outside the box 23 times this season, for one goal. But all people are going to remember is the one goal.

Maybe AFTER this statement the hate on Goretzka will ease a bit

Flick has created an atmosphere that allows everyone to feel at ease. He provides us with a tactical plan for every match. It's important that we can see development, that we improve with every match. The goal was special of course. It's no secret that I had five very, very nice years at Schalke and that I felt very much at home there

I compare those pep fans to the inter ones who still adore Mou but at least the latter did won the treble for them!

I do, but he clearly wasn't fully fit.
