As I have said before: when you have one or two players out of form, you can blame the individual players.
When you have a whole team out of form, you have to start looking at the coaching.

Again, I'll admit Kovac has been put in a poor situation by the club, but I don't think the squad is dramatically worse than it was 6-8 months ago, when Heynckes had us playing much, MUCH better. So I admit that the squad is weak, but I have always believed that the mark of a top coach is getting a team playing at a level that is more than the sum of its parts. Heynckes and other top coaches can get more from less; Kovac - i don't mean it as an insult - but he is having the team performing at the level of the 'sum of the parts' or less - certainly no more.

Remember what I posted after the Ajax game about the three consecutive winless games? This makes it 4 which literally has NEVER happened as far back as the forum fixtures database goes. Not LVG in 2011. Not 2012. Not Pep. Not Ancelotti.

As far as I can tell, the last time we failed to win a 4th consecutive game was on 4th October 2009. This is unacceptable irrespective of what's going on in the board.
