He lost a lot of balls in midfield (althought might have been Kroos I always get confused between those two)

and he is trying to be fancy with his backheels and movements when he needs to just simplify it a little bit.

I am just saying that a team like City on the break (with their speed) specially vs Buyten/Badstuber will cost us that, no matter how well we try to run back and defend as a TEAM, their speed will destroy us if we lose balls when we shoudnt.

Apart from that, I also thought he slowed down our play a couple of times. He gets a big plus for being active in the attack though.

I guess they also feel more comfortable in the showers because they've seen van Gaal's balls so much.

I hope that Robben comes on soon for some match practice ahead of the match against Man City, plus the team can gel a bit first because it will probably mean that Mueller moves to the #10 position. Gomez needs to score now because the man thrives on confidence.

I just have one negative note => we gave the ball on a couple of times back to Leverkusen which could have resulted in chances if they had proper counter attack...

He really shouldn't. It doesn't make any sense to sub him in.

I would like Robben to play like 20-25 minutes in the second half to be more match-fit for our CL game...
And he could come for Ribery... because we want to keep Ribery's Energy level high, and reduce his chances of getting a knock...
(This is, of course, if everything goes as planned...)
