Outstanding job?

Other countries change a fixed schedule and move matches to a Friday night before an important CL KO match on a Tuesday, and sometimes even postpone matches between the first and second leg so that the players could rest well for their CL KO 2nd leg.

Meanwhile we've had cases where even when the Bundesliga schedule was not yet set, and we had a CL KO match on Tuesday, DFL spitefully set our match on Saturday evening.

I expect the DFL to act like the other top league federations and get out of their way in order to accommodate clubs playing in Europe as best as possible.

That’s not Seifert's job... Schedule is not created by him, you know

He is merely responsible for striking the Bundesliga deals (second best in Europe) and negotiating between clubs arguing for money (greatly handled in our favor)...

The schedule is created by DFL. He's the boss of the entity that's against moving Bundesliga matches to a Friday ahead of a Tuesday CL KO match, for example.

So? I'm saying a new boss might bring in new ideas with regards to scheduling. I'd welcome any change because it cannot realistically get much worse than it is.

Cause you're drunk.
Really, the more kick off times, the better the schedule for European matches and the more matches we are able to watch.

Simple... Early Sunday games are already a far stretch: that’s amateur soccer kickoff hours... There will be no more Monday games anyways... People in Germany want the conference (i.e. at least five games) and not a salami matchday, plus there’s no demand for soccer at 8.30 on a Saturday either... And since this is a German league still generating most of its revenue in Germany, guess how they‘ll decide?

I kinda like the way Dortmund wins it's games at the moment. Lot of ball possession first 45 minute not necessarily creating clear chances, continue the same way, scoring some 20-25 minutes into the last 45 and controlling the game all the way. Not the most sparkling game/games, but being patience, not conceding goals and following the game plan suits me fine and definitely more than I expected when the season kicked off. Let's see if we can keep up the good work the following week.

Frankfurt 1-1 Leipzig

We remain sole first whatever happens this weekend, though ideally Hertha take points off Dortmund too.
