What the hell are they doing in Köln?!!

That was definitely not a penalty, not in a 1000 years! Reus deserved to receive a yellow card.

You want to know what they're doing, really? It's the same they've been doing for ages, long before VAR existed. It's called "interventions" to help the Bundesliga. The same system that cost us a handful of league titles in the past.

The Bundesliga needs BVB in the Champions League so they're giving them a helping hand. Easy.
Wouldn’t it have been easier then to just let them win at Frankfurt?

I believe Hummels will have to miss the Wolfsburg match due to yellow card accumulation. He has had some ups and downs but probably their best CB this season on the whole. I guess will probably end up having to put Can back at CB for the match, who lately has been a catastrophic error waiting to happen...

Anyway, it was a must game and we got the job done to keep up with both Frankfurt and Wolfsburg. Sancho returned after being sidelined since early March and had a really good game when he came on in the second half. He is for sure a key player in the run for top four. Haaland a little bit frustrated and missed a penalty, his second out of four I think, and the fourth out of seven in total for Dortmund. Missed more than half of our penalties this season, how bad is that?. Next game is against Wolfsburg, no need to explain the importance of that game.

The thing is, he went already down when his leg went TOWARDS the goalie, so how can that be a penalty lol. Not in a million years, the fact he didnt even look for himself means 1: he is an imbecile or 2: Kolner keller are imbeciles.

Correct, despite having some ups and downs, just as the rest of the team, he has been unquestionable as CB, and now with another must win game he's out. Can is the obvious replacement who's current form is more than questionable. But suspensions, bad forms and injuries comes with the game, you just have to deal with it...No excuses.

Problem is that teams behind need to win games to reach EL spot, not sure they gonna do that, it seems we're stuck right where we are at the moment. :-) But our last game of the season is against Leverkusen, imagine that one being the deciding game, how fun wouldn't that be :-)

Well done to the E.Frankfurt coach and BMG....

How on earth is that what they did is ethical?

Dortmund got really lucky

Another crucial win today with two marvelous goals from Haaland. Think we had the game under control during the whole game despite being one man down the last 30 minutes. And with Frankfurt loosing we are for certain back in the race for fourth place with three matches to go and only one point up to Frankfurt and two up to Wolfsburg. Still not entirely up to us but we need some help from other teams to snatch some points from either Frankfurt or Wolfsburg. At the same we can't afford to drop to many points from the remaining three games, if any points...... [-o<

Ooh but Dortmund doing it to BMG was ethical then? :P

Anyway, Dortmund, VFL have TOUGH 3 games left, Frankfurt has an easier way on paper.

BVB Leipzig
Wolfsburg Union
Frankfurt Mainz

Mainz BVB
Leipzig Wolfsburg
Schalke Frankfurt

BVB Leverkusen
Wolfsburg Mainz
Frankfurt Freiburg

So all face Mainz, would be insane if they win those 3 also lol

They are kind of a weird team this year, wouldn't put it past them to take some points in more than one of those matches. Win vs Bayern, Win vs Gladbach, Draw vs Leverkusen, Win vs Leipzig, Draw vs Dortmund in this season... they would be ~17th approx without those results in matches they were 'supposed' to lose... something of giant-slayers this year
