German media and I just get the feeling that most German clubs rate him because he’s won things. Tbf I don’t think he’d be that bad for the likes of Schalke

No, it's just that Kovac is a manager for the 3rd division in Malta.

Schalke being bigger than Kovac doesn't mean they're a big club. Even your Birkirkara FC are too big for Kovac.

No I just don't care about shitty, corrupt football. With access to watch football from top leagues, why would I waste time watching amateur football?

Ben Gardner wrote:It's funny, Swedish commentators just speculated what it would take for Bayern to loose the BuLi in the years to come. They just can't see that happen, Bayern might play less good from time to time and even loose a game now and then, but that doesn't really matter 'cause the other so called titel contenders don't have what it takes to snatch the title. Is it even possible for Bayern to play bad enough a whole season for them not turning up top of the table?
It’s an unlucky situation from a non-Bayern perspective. Flick came in at the right time for Bayern, and assuming he keeps this up, it is indeed difficult to imagine us not winning. He’s breaking all kinds of records.

Bayern were weaker for about 2 or 3 seasons with Ancelotti and Kovac. This coincided with a sort of crisis at BVB and you failed to take the advantage. Now you’re getting strong again - honestly I think that mentally aside your team is much stronger than in 2011-13 - and Leipzig is also getting there, but Bayern have simultaneously gone through our best run ever and it does not look like it’s stopping. To the outside world it will look like the league is shit or lacks quality or whatever just because Bayern keep winning but the thing is, other than those 2 or 3 years when everyone got weaker (and the league really was shit), you’ve been unlucky enough to be facing a Bayern who throughout this streak had not one but its TWO very best (in terms of stats) teams ever. These teams obviously last for more than one season, as I am sure will happen with Flick. So in the end it doesn’t have that much to do with BVB or the BuLi imo. How many top teams don’t consistently win the league when they are at the best they’ve ever been?

Pls remember Kovac's Fankfurters kicked Munchener ass in Pokal.

One win doesn’t make him a managerial god though. Worth keeping in mind the same team kicked his ass out of the Bayern door with a 5-1 and also did infinitely better, coming close to winning a European competition, as soon as he left.

Some assume Frankfurt wouldn’t have beaten Bayern without Kovac. There’s no way to know, but judging by their performances post-Kovac, chances are they would have done so more convincingly.

Why are talking about Kovač 7 months later, Guardiola 4 years later and Heynckes 7 years later?

Why are we trying to ruin all great and positive we have right now with the past? It's incredible to be a very happy fan therefore one must always heal his inferiority complexes and frustrations in a daily life with Niko Kovač.

Well, you know what... Heynckes, Guardiola and Kovač are past tense and they will remain so in the next 20 years just as Kimmich being RB is already past tense and obviously it has been over the last 3 years as well.

Who wants to cry about all this, do it so. But please leave this Bayern and people on the forum enjoying in great and positive present and an optimistic future.
