A shitty Dortmund only makes Dortmund shit.
It has nothing to do with Bayern. Never has.

You're making up excuses.

Dortmund's misery is Dortmund's misery, no excuses there. But a stronger Dortmund who can challenge Bayern I believe can benefit Bayern, but that's not Bayern's problem.

Partly right, partly wrong.

A shitty Bundesliga makes Bayern worse. Domestic competition makes Bayern better. Whether that’s Bayern or someone else it doesn’t really matter, so of course we enjoy seeing Dortmund struggle.

It's none of Bayern's business to keep Dortmund up in the table, nor keeping them competitive. Its just another team in the Bundesliga. Its Bayern's own duty to keep themselves competitive both in the league or in Europe. It simply got nothing to do with Dortmund being strong or weak.

Bayern won the Bundesliga (and the TREBLE) with a 25 point difference to the second team in the Bundesliga. Is that a strong domestic competition Bayern had when that happened? TWENTY-FIVE points. The same season where Dortmund lost the CL final.
That myth about Dortmund MUST being up in the top (so that Bayern was too) was created in the period when Dortmund last won the Bundesliga.

I'd rather watch them get relegated.

Yeah, we would’ve never won a treble had they not been so strong in 2011 and 2012... You have to be a moron to not see that...

Well, you took words from my mouth. :D

2011 and 2012 glory days in Dortmund represented huge frustrations to FC Bayern and they triggered our historic success and years of domination after the Triple Saison.

The last time Bayern ended up 2 straight seasons without a single won trophy or at least Bundesliga title was in mid-90's(1995 and 1996) and it was exactly BVB that won 2 straight titles back then.

That horrible 2010/2011 season with skinny/thin squad depth cost arrogant Van Gaal job who thought he would continue winning without anything on the bench and in 2011/2012 BVB were the best ever in their history - historic Double, dozens of broken Bundesliga records, humiliation of Bayern in DFB Pokal 5:2.

Bigger trigger we couldn't find than this one in German competitions and then near that the 'impossible' defeat against Chelsea in the Debakel Dahoam.

The stronger the Bundesliga, the stronger the Bayern team as well as Bundesliga and its clubs in the CL.
Auf geht's ihr Roten!

Still ahead though. Leipzig 3-0 up. They are the real contenders this season.

BvB should have pressed hard for Nagelsmann.
