This Sabitzer guy is simply amazing....

We should insist for him rather than Werner

Sabitzer is a piece of the puzzle that fits well but individually I don't think he's that special. I think it would be like getting another Goretzka, just for a different position. But I'll admit I haven't seen that many games of Sabitzer.

We don't seem to have any strategy for winning games. I don't remember the last time we absolutely killed our opponent away from home. Even if we win it's always chaotic and uncertain. Today it was just chaos and hoping to score the third goal instead of controlling the match and trying to maintain the lead. We won't win anything that way, Favre is starting to dissapoint me more and more.

Well, is there any team really? I mean I dread away games at the latest since Kovac because they’re always very tough... I think Leipzig look best so far in away games...
- Rangnick or ten Hag in!
- Bring a DM, a winger (Sané) and Havertz!
- Get a REAL sports director (Rangnick?)!
- Keep Hoeness and Rummenigge far away from the team!

Right now in the Bundesliga there probably isn't. But it's not an excuse, if we want to be title challengers we can't be playing like this. In the last 20 minutes it looked like both teams needed to score a goal which is just stupid, we gave Frankfurt way too much space and went for an open battle instead of dropping back.

I think you’re making it worse than it was... Frankfurt is tough... You’re right about defending the lead but their goal was really lucky IMHO... As was the first one...

Seriously, at no point during the game I felt like the result was "safe". You know that feeling when you're watching a game and you're calm even if it's just a one goal lead or even if it's 50 minutes in and it's still 0-0 because you know your team is mature and ready to win these tough games. Maybe you don't feel that often enough nowadays but you surely know what I'm talking about. And it's been a long time since I've had that feeling about Dortmund, in away games at least.

Okay agreed on everything, even about my team... We’re not that good anymore these days sadly as well...

Do you think it’s the youth thing? Reus got pretty mad when asked about mentality...

Reus got mad because the "mentality" question is being brought up again and again during interviews and he's sick of it. I don't think it's the mentality, as in I don't think the players don't have strong mentality.
I think it's Favre. He's just not a guy who inspires people. He's an introvert, from what I know he's even a bit of a weirdo. Not sure he's the right guy for the job. He also doesn't seem to have an idea on how to implement a dominant style of football. It's been over a year since he's here and there's been no progress with controlling games and with almost anything else for that matter.
This will probably be another "solid season" from us, 2nd-3rd place, maybe Champions League quarter finals if we're very lucky and hopefully we'll get something done in the Pokal. But I'm doubting more and more that we will become a brilliant team with Favre as coach. We'll just be very solid.

Imagine your reaction if Bayern is leading by one goal vs any buli tm and we go back to defend the slender lead....
