Süle out there looking more dangerous on the break than Ribery....
Sorry Franck, no offense and thanks for all you've done but you're completely and utterly finished right now. The best he can offer us nowadays is a win in the 'corner kicks earned' column. Liability.

Not bad overall.

Boateng had a nice game alongside Süle.

Gnabry was awful.

Watching some Liverpool to remember how a speedy game looks like. Aaah, the good old times.

Someone should explain me our style this year, no offense, I'm a idiot and I don't understand it.

Those are the players who've established themselves as needing to start, either through performance or lack of options. I support Kovac stopping the rotation and seeking a stable platform for now. So it's fine by me that some players continue despite being shaky. Keep Alaba and find a partner for Süle who will stay fit.

I've been a little #12 about Martinez, and I'll bitch if I see him in the side but at least his presence means the team has consistency and knows the strengths and weaknesses of the 11. Still if we're gonna have a shaky midfielder, I'd prefer to see Sanches. At least he's aggressive, young, and will give us a forward pass. There's at least upward potential.

In the front three only Lewandowski has proven himself. Gnabry didn't have the best game against Mainz, but he just needs to be confident. He should have had the assist to Thiago (who should have had two goals  ) continue to take on defenders, and be calm on the final ball. He should continue to take shots. On the other side I'm starting to lean towards Müller. Anything but Robbery. Ribery is finished, Robben is almost there and his relationship with Lewandowski is starting to look toxic. As soon as Coman is back he's in, but at least Müller will try to pass it to someone else who can play football.

Yes, really disappointed with Gnabry. Apart from a couple of nice things here and there, he always takes bad decisions or disappears. He really needs to step up his game.

Why ? Twice?

The shot by Kimmich hit the woodwork twice.
Here you are making reference to another shot which also hit the post, hence 3x woodwork.

Had Zwayer (once again!) not contributed to a VAR farce against Bayern, would you have been disappointed with Gnabry nonetheless? He was really good in that action that was a 100% legitimate goal.

Played badly but still won..Hallmark of Champions!

Seriously though Bayern should have won 3-1. That was the most stupid VAR decision this season in the BL! Felix Zwayer really hates Bayern

I think Muller has become the king of back passing and alongside Robbery a disruptive influence in the dressing room. At this rate I’d like to see him join Boateng, Ribery and Robben in the Auf Wiedersehen list next summer.

Just to think that a player like Coman is much needed and would make a serious impact is heart-breaking.

The team looks very slow overall and offensively is not sharp at all... very predictable but that's mostly on Kovac. This squad can play much better and we don't make enough use of Lewandowski with this hitman upfront we should have at least one plan A to use him as best as we can but when you watch the games looks like Lewy tries to make his way into the tactics by running or pushing endlessly just to take what? A couple of good balls or three tops? But none of them in lethal situations? That's a joke...

Yes, that falls into the - a couple of good things here and there - category.

Just compare him to Ribery. Even a 35 y.o Ribery will always ask for the ball and will try to unsuccessfully lead our attack. Gnabry needs to be more regular throughout the match.

Winning only matters this season just as it did matter last season. Match after Match, win after win.

Just forget about beautiful football and performance this season and concentrate on individual displays such as Thiago's today or Lewandowski and Kimmich's recent performances, at least until we bring 6-7 new faces and say goodbye to the old ones.
