Can we talk about the potential FIFPRO World XI team/Puskas and Fair Play award here as well? Or are you going to create a new thread about it when it gets released in December

Looking at this list: Neuer has secured his place as the GK on the FIFPRO World XI team as he is the only GK, along with Lahm (if he is put as RB rather than DM) and Thiago Silva at CB. Players who deserve to be on here but isn't- Marco Reus, David Alaba, Javi Martinez, Arturo Vidal rather than Hazard, Suarez, Bale, Xavi.

Well, I wouldn't oppose Hazard, Suarez and Bale. They were exceptional last year for their teams.
IMO Yaya Toure and Xavi are questionable.

Jurgen Klopp deserves the TOP3! He deserved being in the top3 a year ago but he was behind Guardiola who only won a spanish cup and also behind Mourinho and Del Bosque. Guardiola didnt deserve to be there.

Klopp deserves that top3 spot, winner of course should be Heynckes.

Heynckes, for sure, should be the unanimous winner.

But I have prepared myself for just in case they give it to Fergie.
Still don't get why people regard him as the 'best coach ever'. :?

Ballon D'Or: Ribery or Messi. Ronaldo might somehow edge it based on this season's performances though.

Hazard and Bale ahead of Reus is just #-o

Coach: 1) Heynckes 2) Klopp 3) Conte/Ancelotti

What on Earth is Del Bosque doing there?

The coach reward will go either to Jupp (which is the fair thing) or to SAF. Klopp will get third place.

Guardiola really didn't deserve to be in the final three last year, and I don't think that Del Bosque, Mourinho or Wenger deserve to be in the shortlist, let alone in the final three. Xavi, Balotelli, Pirlo, Toure shouldn't be there in place of Reus, Gundogan, Alaba, Mandzukic, Subotic, etc, in my opinion.

Ballon D'Or Shortlist: 8 Criminal Omissions and Inclusions

A great article and I couldn't agree more. Hazard and Mourinho should have been Reus and Simeone. Why should Del Bosque be nominated this year, Spain quite had a lackluster performance so far from the dominant team we have seen them in the past year. Toure, he's not even the best DM in the world. Alaba... I guess UEFA just think 6 Bayern players is too much they have to make room for their favorite La Liga players.

If the Team of the Year is full of La Liga players again and Heycknes doesn't win the Coach of the Year, this awarding ceremony should be scrapped!
