He's going to 'marry', not literally marry. Even his sister doesn't accept this action from Ronaldinho. That kind of 'marriage' can get anyone, but it won't be recognized by both the Church and the state.

This is how I also see those homo 'marriages'; everything in your imagination and far from the state law, society or any kind of label of value and socially acceptable behavior.

From what I've seen on Brazilian and Portuguese websites, in Brazil you can face 6 years of prison for bigamy.
