According to the "Sportbild" we seem to be interested in the Russian left-back Yuri Zhirkov.Rumours claim the plan is to get him , and move Lahm to the position he likes playing most - RB.

I don't know about this one , he's a good player , but we got rid of Jansen because he's such an offensive LB and it wouldnt have worked with Ribery in front of him.Now we're interested in a LB that has an even more offensive style of play than Marcell ...

Im really starting to question our transfer policy, it looks like its been planed by monkeys. Getting rid of player just so we can buy a different player with the exact same playing style a year later............ I just dont get it

I DOnt know maybe he is a good player he seem to be so because he was the best player in rusia 07' and maybe he can help us out in the defensiv, hope he will come to us

yeah No doubt he is a very good, but im just questioning our transfer policy, because he is very similar to Jansen the player we sold in the summer.

He was best russian player in EURO2008, but I don't want him at Bayern? Why? Becouse I don't want to lose supertrio combinations on left- Ribery, Lahm, Ze! I`m sure we will miss those combinations. I would rather got Ze's extension and Torosidis/Fanni in our right back!

Fanni isn't in the race anymore (if he ever was).Hoeness in an interview for France Football said that they're looking for a RB , but Rod doesn't display an option they're thinking about.

Well Zhirkov + Ribery on the left , I definitely know from which flank our opponents would try to break through our defense most of the time , if the transfer really happens.

I know! But thats one of reasons why I don`t like UH sometimes :@ I hope Torosidis is on our radar! Opponents are currently marking our left side, but if this transfer happens, they will have to mark both our sides, becouse Lahm will move to right!

well how we get stoped by our opponents by gettin 5 players on left side my ass they will stop both side,one gotta get up xD thou i would like more Torosidis

i.d.k, if we get him our left wing would be unstoppable but i really dont think we should break the chemistry between ze, rib and lahm but hey isn't football about chances and if he does come lahm and schwei would build a good partnership together for bayern and germany on the right, so everyone wins! and one more thing ribery is beginning to work on the defensive part of his game do u remember that flick he did with the ball AFTER HE RETRIEVED IT IN DEFENSE AGAINST BREMEN

According to the "Kicker" Zhirkov is our candidate #1 for the full-back position. Chelsea also seems to be in the race to sign him. If the Zhirkov transfer doesn't work out , our candidate #2 seems to be St. Etienne's Mouhamadou Dabo , who is a 22 year-old right-back and has played 17 times for the French U-21 so far.

Who said Lahm's prefers the right side? He is the best left back in the world with a right foot lol, why the heck he'd want to move to the right. WEIRD, we had Jansen and gave him away under Klinsmann and now the the guy who sent away Jansen wants another left back in his squad? BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH its bulls I'm telling ya

I am sure a RB is a priority and Torosidis with that French U-21 dude is on the top of the list. I say this with confidence because we've all heard the board praising the best left wing on the planet atm. Lahm Ze Ribery, I doubt they'd want to break that.

it's truei heard lahm wanted to play as RB. so the first option might be zirkhov but surely its a question of market. chelsea wants zirkhov too so if we cant get him torosidis and dabo woldb another options. (i would prefer zirkhov or torosidis). we will see who will offer more money. also zirkhov has to see that in bayern he would be starter but there's a. cole at chelsea.

That's what I thought too , when I first heard about this rumour. Why get rid of an offensive type of left-back like Jansen , and then look on to sign a similar type of player a year after that ?! As I've said before , I think the left side would be way too offensive with Zhirkov (who actually mostly plays as LM at his club) and Ribery and I wouldn't want to see that trio on the left split up.

We aren't going to buy a LB.Lahm,Klinsmann,everyone knows that Lahm's best position in the field is LB and not RB.We're going to buy a new RB and Torosidis is my favourite!!
