I think that they could convince him this time... they'll probably promise him playing time.

l think we wanted him for U19 team to develop him. since we lacks strikers and creative players to develop in youth.Moreoever, we also linked with Amine Harit before. They started him week in week out even though he didn't perform well. He didn't show anything other than he is good dribbler and quick.we can say that he was not ready for Nantes at all.

Fein is currently our best performer in U19 and he is box to box player. From the games l have watched, he impressed me the most. Dorsch is having injury problems and unfortunately injuries effected his development And we need creative players to develop.

Kalle said we would invest a lot on youth and Uli described our youth sector as a weak point. Our squad is too big and we can't give chance to them, this is why we need at least a feeder club in BL 2, who can develop young talents for us. As much as we invest on youth sector, we need to give chance to them or we need a club to do it for us. Otherwise investing on youth sector makes little sense.

RB Leipzig are young but old enough to be top of the table. Well, not exactly 16. We must be careful with the generational change to not end up like MUFC or Inter and then think that it was all about Fergie or Mou...

If we were linked to most of the Leipzig players, I imagine that most here would have said 'what do we need this nobody bla bla not Bayern material'...

Ancelotti should leave after squeezing 2 years from our veterans and we should hire someone who's known to trust in the youth...

This right here. Hopefully Uli being back will help us become younger otherwise I'm worried we'll end up as the next Milan or something. Lahm, Ribery, Robben, Schweinsteiger (before he left), Alonso, etc are all good players and we could get a few more years out of them, sure. And I understand being loyal to those who have been loyal to the team for a long time (Alonso notwithstanding as the relative newcomer). But at some point you have to be okay with phasing out the old guys.....it's okay to spend big on some young talents. The way the market is heading you've either got to spend huge on proven players or take gambles on younger unproven guys. The number of players in the world who are currently "Bayern quality" (however you define that) is shockingly small IMO and half of them aren't going to be available at any price...The ones who are available are still going to be transfer-record breaking (which, TBH, is okay, sometimes).
But the fact of the matter is that we're going to need to be okay with more Sanches-type signings from time to time. Of course we should work on developing our own youth more, but at the same time in today's game you've got to be willing to take a few gambles on unproven, not yet "Bayern material" talents and hope that they can develop and become a "Bayern material" player.

We must be careful about rejuvenating and rebuilding. We needs leaders and experienced players, yet we also need proven stars and top talents. Our team should be the mix of 3.

Regarding Milan, they lost momentum after they couldn't create resale vaue and ended every year with red numbers. They started to sell their stars to balance the books in 2006 and didn't replace them properly. Then, They renewed old's players contract with long term and higher wages, in addition their favourite players for market was old and free agent players.

Btw, l'd only take Keita from RB Leipzig.

I agree with this. We need to have a mix of players in order to keep our level. Youth investment is key in this part as we need players who identify with the team.
