Honestly, l only saw Lemar 1-2 times. l was not even giving my attention. Anyone can tell me how good he is in tight spaces and 1 vs 1's? also about his creaitivy?

He is more a #10 than a winger. He has a way better quality than Coman for passing, playing in little space or global playmaking quality. His football IQ and global technical quality are easily better than Coman's one. Of course on the other hand he has less speed and capabilities in 1v1, even if they are good.

He is more complete than Coman but it's not the same position even if he can play on a wing.

If I had to compare him to a world class player it would be David Silva with more power/speed. Of course he isn't David Silva yet.

If we stay in 4-2-3-1 he will be useful. If we stay in 4-3-3 I don't really know if the CM spot is good for him. But I don't see him as a winger in a possession team.

Thanks for the info Coman. l think we will sign one name for winger/trequartista,since it's pretty confirmed Coman stayed. l wonder who Reschke will prefer. Gnabry? Brandt? or Lemar? or a big name signing?

Well that's their best move, and the best thing for Lemar...

Thomas Lemar and Bernardo Silva are the crown jewels of Monaco... With Sidibé, Mendy, Bakayoko around... They have an excellent team... Kamil Glik became the reference defender of the team (what a signing!)... Germain coming from the youth and Falcao on the good way to a very good level (though not as before, but very good for Monaco)....

I know cause i'm a AS Monaco fan too :$

Another winger? They already have Sterling, Sané and Nolito and can't even accommodate KDB and Silva together. BS IMO.

KDB and Silva have become central midfielders under Pep, and Nolito isn't used often, plus, Lemar's father said City was his son's favourite destination.

Is he serious? Maybe he is deciding so because he thinks that he will be under the guidance of the best coach in the world...

Wingers are limited. We're talking about a very modern trequartista right now.

They really have only Sterling and Sane as pure wingers now. Nolito is a bench player, Navas is leaving. Still, not a great decision from the player's perspective. It's not like Sterling and Sane will be happy to be bench players. I am sure they will pay him amazingly well but I can think of better destinations for him, including staying a bit more at Monaco. He's a very good player, but I am not sure if he is an elite player that can displace others from the starting formation.

Brilliant talent. Him and Bernardo Silva are the best. Mbappe is direct ''product'' of them.

Nah, Mbappe can receive the ball and attack from pretty much anywhere in the field. I'd say Falcao is the one benefiting from Lemar and B.Silva, he really needs service in the box to excel.

According to L'Equipe, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Monaco winger Thomas Lemar, but face competition from both Bayern Munich and Juventus. [source]
