Gianluca Di Marzio: Milan have offered €10m for the 2-year loan for Renato Sanches with a €35m option to buy at the end of the loan. Mendes is working on convincing Bayern Munich.

So happy to finally hear this! =D>

As I said earlier, I believe it would benefit us in the long run if he succeeds here and equally hurt us if he doesn't!

Hoffenheim is where he should go. A fast paced, uber pressing team, which needs a physical presence in the middle. Plus we get to help a German team in Europe, he stays in Germany and learns German, and lives in a quiet and peaceful place away from the big media attention.

Explains why we haven't come to loan terms since it looks like we still want to keep him and Sanches still wants to stay....

He wouldn't play much more at Hoffenheim...

Of course he would play at Hoffenheim. He would be fantastic under Nagelsmann.

Anyway, I'm glad to hear this support from Kalle, I had lost hope and thought we had lost him.

IMHO, Hoffenheim will play 3-4-2-1 cause of Gnabry... Demirbay and Grillitsch would probably start there and Renato right now is in no form to bench any of these two...
And I doubt Hoffenheim would set up their squad with two players from one club that will leave a year later...

I doubt form has anything to do with anything, its the start of the season, he will just have to train well and eventually get a start he has the potential and has been decent in preseason

Above all, This kid's player profile is very interesting. Direct, can keep the ball well and can dribble. if we can develop him into a WC player, he will be very useful for us.

Kalle on Sanches. looks like 10 teams are after him. 2 of them are Chealse and Milan. From Sanches's perspective, a loan move to them doesn't make any sense, where he won't be a starter.

l still think Hoffenheim is the best place for him, especially after it's said that they will play with 4-3-3 next season.
