I know he's a kid and needs a lot of time to prove himself, but the indications of last season were a bit worrisome. He seems completely unsettled here. I wasn't expecting him to be a starter or a key player for us, but I was hoping for some occasional solid performances and some random flashes of brilliance (such as Coman), but I didn't see those either to be honest. Personally, I would like to give him another chance, given that he's way too young in a completely different and competitive environment. The issue here is the huge price tag he has on his back. I wouldn't really mind much if he sold him without a loss, however a loan deal is my preferred choice as I don't want us to assume the risk of him turning into the world-class player we were expecting with someone else.

No, sell him for €40M and buy someone else.

It's in paper Kicker ?
For good football : Neuer - Kimmich, Boateng, Hummels, Alaba - Vidal (Tolisso), Thiago (Tolisso) - Robben, Müller (James), James (Ribéry) - Lewandowski

For boring football : 4-3-3

I don't think it's that far fetched. I think it's a mistake to let him go.

Seeing the agent's name I may have identified Renato's problem...
We might do well to sell

So if Barca fails Verratti then we have the biggest advantage to get him. I would sell Renato no doubt if it means Verratti is coming

Retared would be keeping him knowing his situation is most likely not going to change.

I don't. I'm sure the board and the coach can judge that better though
Rudy is ahead of him and so is Tolisso. Can't see much difference.
For a player of his price calibre a little more playtime than last season doesn't make a difference, he needs a shit load more.

Considering we've signed two midfielders already it doesn't look like Ancelotti plans to give him more playing time. What I'm scared of is that we might do the exact same thing with Tolisso, especially if by some miracle we get Verratti (although if we get him then who cares :P )

Tolisso is way ahead of Sanches.
If anything, Rudy will get Sanches playtime, Verratti (if he comes) will get Alonsos. Tolisso will get Kimmich's + some of Vidal's who hopefully will get less because his Hinrunde will most likely be shit as always.
No problem with a 3 man midfield.

The very small chance of Tolisso suffering the same fate is there ONLY if we sign Verratti, not especially.

We should just loan Sanches out, he has a really really big potential and is a good player. Sanches showed that for Benfica and Portugal. He can't develop if he doesn't get the time he needs and to sell him after 1 year would not be good.
