unfortunately, it's not the board - it's the coach

In the first place it's the player.
Kimmich got around 2500 minutes this season.

First off, he played 2092 minutes. That's 400 less minutes than last season.
How many minutes did Kimmich get in important games?
24 min vs Atletico leg 1. 17 minutes combined vs Arsenal. 0 minutes vs Madrid leg 1, 30 min leg 2. 0 minutes vs BvB in semifinals. Etc.
Again with Sanches: 900 minutes played but less than 300 in second half of season

The coach bears a good portion of the blame here.

First year, new country, new league, only 18. it was not easy for him, even though l blame Carlo, just because Alonso's playing time should be shared with Sanches and Kimmich.

He needs continuity and patience.

Terrible... What was the purpose to buy Sanches? Keep the Euro competition away from him? Very sad from you FCB board... :|

The board and Carlo have been pretty clear about Sanches' future so the speculation so far has little to no room of credibility....

That is what I am thinking the same. Just ruining the career for talented kid. Very bad pattern for other talented young footballers not to join Bayern....

I still hope he'll play next season for Bayern, not just to be part of it but really play and noticed on the football field.

Now comes the time when Bayern turn to the future and long-term plans, focus on the young players and build a new generation around them. We already have a lot of good young players, but they need to play and the club must forget about the expectations since they cannot be the same as they were between 2011 and 2017.
That phase is over, now it's time for something new.

Very sad because of our board. This isn't Bayern. It doesn't matter if it's speculation or not. The way in which our board has been workink isn't the right one and that's the reason why a lot of rumours has been released in all this time.

Bayern is not the problem.
Ancelotti is.

He should have been fire from a long time
For good football : Neuer - Kimmich, Boateng, Hummels, Alaba - Vidal (Tolisso), Thiago (Tolisso) - Robben, Müller (James), James (Ribéry) - Lewandowski

For boring football : 4-3-3

But you also answer yourself. The board is the problem. Why them haven't sacked Ancelotti yet?

Not sure why I feel this way, but I don't think the board is happy with Ancelotti... not enough to fire him, but enough to worry...

Regarding youth growth, yes, Carlo is the culprit.

Regarding the absolutely erroneous transfer policy regarding attackers, the board has been VERY culpable.

Because we are not Real fckng Madrid. Peres used to rotate managers like socks, and ended up with trophyless first galactico generation...

There's no way we're selling him. I just don't see it the way they've talked about his role for next year.

I can't remember well, what exactly did we say about his role?
It's not a rare sight that a club talks well about a player just to sell him in the same summer... all tactics.

Kicker once again claims we're ready to sell him. With all the rumours about us wanting to sign a Alonso replacement, I just don't see how his situation will get any better. Even Rudy is ahead of him right now.

By now, I don't really care what happens with him. If we keep him he gets another chance, cool. If we sell, we'll get necessary income to strengthen our midfield. As long as we have a competitive midfield next season, I don't care about individual fates that much anymore. Used to back in the day with Götze, but yeah...
