Please teach that kid a lesson. Keep him and put him in the U21 squad for the time being.

What a spoilt brat. And I wanted him at Bayern. No thanks!

Dortmund needs to teach this dweeb a lesson in professionalism. Players like him must be made an example of.

Watzke said the same thing yesterday. He said they have to stick to their guns, otherwise this will set a precedent and players will start trying to push down the selling price by going on strike even with 30 or 40m transfers.

He also implied that he believes Barcelona is behind Dembele's behaviour, and that he doesn't respect that club anymore.

He said they won't negotiate anymore, either Barcelona pays what they are asking for, or Dembele stays at Dortmund.

They have set a deadline, supposedly next Saturday or Sunday.

Looks everyday more likely that he is staying at Dortmund. Will be very interesting to see how the fans and his teammates react to him when he returns

Barca will pay I think, but I hope BVB hold firm and really rip them apart of most of the Neymar fee. The better they start the season, the stronger their negotiating position becomes as well. Pulisic's growth and Gotze's possible return to health makes Dembele less needed for them.

Barça are REALLY desperate and I think they will end up paying something like 130M + 20M bonus

Sanchez would fit perfectly in Dortmund. I just hope they spend the money wisely.

At this point Barcelona are probably trying to lower the price tag as they know Dembele would be a bomb in the dressing room. But Dortmund know how desperate Barcelona is, so it seems they will lower nothing :)

Something is gonna happen soon 8)

Nah, Sanchez would cost too much in wages at this point.

I hope BVB rips Barcelona. If for some reason Dembelé stays, BVB needs to make an example of him.

Good Good! that means Uefalona will be left with approximately €35m of the €222m they made from Neymar's departure to P$G. (€150m for Dembele + €40m for Paulinho = €190m gone)

Won't be surprised if BvB capitulates and sells him for 90m+bonus. They aren't exactly known for being the most firm negotiators

Aren't they? IIRC, they didn't move an inch from their demands with Hummels and Mkhitaryan.

And they really can't in this case. They issued an Ad Hoc message saying that Barcelona's first offer wasn't close to what they are asking for, and they don't expect the transfer to happen. The first offer was 85 or 90m plus add-ons, depending on who you believe. If they make a U-turn now, there'll be trouble with the stock exchange authorities.

Watzke said on Sky on Sunday that the 150m reported by Bild and Kicker isn't their asking price (too high). Sounded like the 120m plus add-ons reported by Ruhrnachrichten is correct.
