He's a 15 year old that will stay in the youth ranks for a 2-3 years. Those German U-19 NT players are good to start for a 2.Bundesliga club already. But yes, we should always focus on bringing German talent first.

Bayern fan from Norway here, so it would ofcourse be great with a norwegian player in Bayern!

But.... I agree that we (Bayern) should focus on german youth, and I don`t think Martin gonna be a huge star.
"Everyone" can have a couple of lucky matches, and in No(r)way it`s even easier to have those matches..
Think about it... How many world class players have Norway produced?

But that doesn't mean that he isn't talented. He is, very much, obviously. Still too young to sing him for any kind of money. :)

Carew? Riise? Maybe not world class, but good players.

Yeah it's the norwegian league, but he is still only 15! It doesn't matter what league it is, it should be outright physiological impossible for a kid that age to compete against grown athletes. So saying we don't want him is like passing on potential superstar like Messi and Ronaldo. And the whole notion that we only need German players is both stupid from a sporting and marketing point of view. Bayern need foreigners to keep interest from around the world and if the club only bought german players as a philosophy they might eventually only buy mediocre players due to a perhaps less talented generation than the current ones. He's 15 so he wouldn't be in the starting XI for the next 3-5 years, so imagine what his raw talent could develop into in our academy. I just think that it's a dangerous road to go down, if we don't seek this kind of talent simply due to some ideology we possess at this forum.

Looking at the highlights the norwegian league doesn't even look that physical. I can't really see any hard plays on him, he can run freely without them tackling.. He should move now.

Wow, he's been called to play for the Norwegian national team, aged 15. According to his father, 30 European clubs including Manchester United and FC Bayern are interested in him. [source]

I don't go with this stupid hype for a 15 year old. How many of these oh so called talents have we heard about over the last 10 years and which one except Messi really broke through. Let him get 18 and then we can see what he is capable off..
