lolz. Seriously it's tough to relay sarcasm here isn't it? On the one hand, sarcasm needs to be obvious. On the other hand, too obvious and then people misjudge you as an a** when you were just trying to be funny.

As an aside, and seriously straying from topic here, anyone else discover that they can't spell after they've left school? I've been out for a year and I had to google "subtly". In the end didn't use the word because that still looks wrong to me. I question the intelligence of the person who invented the english language, and German is not much better imo.

Also are you American or British? "humour" :D

Yeah, right... if he was in Neverkusen, they wouldn't have sold him to us and Pep would've started a hunger starving protest in front of AA. :P

Gaya might be for sale this summer... He hasn't played much this season....

However, Pep will probably look to bring him in as well. Bernat wasn't the right choice yesterday, but with no fit cbs, maybe pep had no choice.

Pep can take him to City, I'll gladly have either one of Clichy and Kolarov in return. How a **** snail like Kolarov is capable of contributing more offensively than Bernat I have no **** idea.

Again in a little more detail (and I think that's just as bad as not fielding Thomas):

He made one problem two problems... He could have played Kimmich as CB and Alaba as LB... Meaning we'd still have a world class LB, a good CB (Javi) and a decent one (Kimmich)... And Lahm... The way HE did it, we had a good CB (Javi), a decent one (Alaba), and a poor excuse for a LB (Bernat)... You tell me: which one is better? GO! ;)

Kimmich isn't a cb as well. Kimmich as made very costly mistakes in Europe this year already and alaba is better on the ball player than kimmich...

However, if benatia was fit, I would of done

Alaba isn't a decent CB, he is a terrible one. He doesn't have the strength to play CB and his mentality is to much of a forward player.... Javi made a mistake as well, but he fouled Griezman or else he would of been free on goal.

Kimmich would of gotten rocked by atletico's press.

Which ones? He had two against Juve, granted... So did Alaba... And he might also be blamed for the first one yesterday...
Kimmich is no worse than him... But Alaba is WAYYY better than Bernat... Easy as that...

Are you saying Bernat-Alaba-Javi-Lahm is a better line than Alaba-Kimmich-Javi-Lahm?

We've seen hard evidences that Kimmich is better than Alaba as a CB.
