I can never take that author seriously after his article that Bayern should have bought Baier instead of Alonso. Don't get me wrong, Baier is pivotal for Augsburg but Bayern is buying experience and who else has experienced more than Alonso.

7M is indeed a lot of money but saying he was overvalued when no argument is put forward that disproves his ability to play at a higher level is as expected of BR, lazy 'journalism'.

Surely they have access to Opta data and compare Kimmich's performance to other 'cheaper' and 'better' alternatives than speculating he's overvalued because UEFA's technical team didn't rate him as much or Kicker put him 53rd for best player in 2.BL. It's like arguing because Lahm didn't get any individual award/recognition for the WC, he's probably not as good as we think he is.

And he even cited the Great and So Unbiased Clark Whitney's words as anecdotal evidence lmao
Can't see tweet? Click here!

Did he even watched the U19 Final? Kimmich did his impression of Fußballgott there. And using Muktar's price, an attacking and right midfielder who scored the goal in the final, forgetting to mention Muktar was forcing Hertha to sell him or he'll leave for free thus the very low price.

No, he's not that good as we think he is, he's the best.

According to Spanish press Barcelona's sporting director Robert Fernández is going to be at Allianz Arena for today's match against Juventus in order to watch Joshua Kimmich live. [source]

Kimmich won't move... and I'm sure of that he's got a future here. Let's say Rode and Goetze leave this summer, what is the most likely scenario... being "German" will be more than enough for Kimmich to make his story a success here. Kimmich will most likely take captaincy in this team at some point in the future... he's got no reason to move.

I hope he plays his game of the season tonight. He will be up against two tough and physical strikers, so it's going to be his biggest test yet.

Pep? Sounds familiar somehow... Was 't there that secondary character in our club history who was of that name?

More and more reports are coming out about this. He better not leave, if he goes then a whole set of Bayern players could leave
