l think Thiago gives more control to us at trequartista vs strong teams when we can find enough space. On the other hand, playing Müller is a must vs the rest of them, since we need extra scoring threat. in this case, Carlo couldn't find the balance. in addition, playing Thiago with a walking dead gave us more harm than good.

here's the report from Stuttgarter Zeitung. Seems to me that this does carry weight, since Joshua is from the Stuttgart area... also, they were pretty clear that he'll defintely leave - just unsure where to.

What a huge **** mistake it would be to let him leave. If that happens, I will be FIRMLY in the #CarloRaus camp... [-X

No if he leaves I will stop supporting bayern.
I know players don't make a team but it will be so incredibly insane that it will leave no choice.
Still I think it is a fake news

Can't see tweet? Click here!

Hope that is just a poor translation. "I'm not going anywhere yet and I can't say anything more" isn't exactly the most reassuring thing you'll hear today.

l have a feeling that Barca will go for him, since they still need a Xavi replacement.

As far as l know that account's owner is German, so poor translation is a very low possibility, maybe it's all Sky, just because they like to create drama out of nothing.

It's that part of the year when, according to the media, half of the players will leave the club

This a million times. So we don't want to sign superstars but then let go of the great deals we manage to snag. Literally no plan for the future whatsoever

The translation is correct. He said "ich bin definitiv noch nicht weg". I live in the Stuttgart region and the Stuttgarter Zeitung usually doesn't make this sort of stuff up out of thin air. They also have no reason. It's Stuttgart, not Munich and Kimmich articles don't generate an insane amount of clicks (at least not until Rummenigge chimes in). They're also close to the Kimmich family and there may even be informants with VfB. Of course the club has the last say because Kimmich has a contract and they have now corrected the article accordingly. But they maintain that Kimmich absolutely wants to leave.

Yep he's gone I think. What a disgrace that the great FC Bayern can no longer keep German players of any age (Lahm, Schweini, Kroos, Badstuber now Kimmich) The club is losing its identity. Ancelotti and the board hang your heads in shame.

Frankly, it makes a lot of sense. He doesn't seem to want to be a LT RB and he isn't going to be a midfielder here (he has Thiago, Vidal and Javi in front, maybe Rudy too, I think we need a proper Creative MF, and Renato is a bigger prospect IMO).

It's disappointing if he won't accept to be our RB but, as a MF, I don't think we're losing on anything.
