Can we please refrain from the name calling in this forum? It's getting rather annoying.

Were you referring to statement about Nerlinger being a puppet? If so I will call him something else

Calling Nerlinger Sh*tinger ( which is a very lame insult by appauds) and City, Sh*tty ( that's one is kinda clever but it's man unt'ds insult). I know its kind a fun sometimes but the posts are at their best when they are well thought out and don't resort to childish insults.

paddy is right.wanted or not he is what we have.the board will decide if he is good or not.
i also think that nerlinger is just the "face" of our board.he does not get any decision he just makes what the board decides.

and this is just for fun

Fresh hope for Boateng!

Kicker report (with quotes from Boateng himself) that:

  • Boateng has already agreed all details with FC Bayern to a 4-year contract
  • The Man City coach, Mancini, would not like to let him go but understands his reasons for wanting to move
  • Mancini will not put obstacles in the way of the transfer
  • He can play as RB but he wants to play as a central defender
  • He wants to play in Euro 2012 with Germany, as a CB.

According to TZ, negotiations with Manchester City regarding Jérôme Boateng will re-open today. This transfer is looking much more likely today as compared to yesterday :)

Or perhaps you should thank Nerlinger, just like Lahm did

Hopefully the pressure from Boateng and the no-obstacles from Mancini will help push Man City's asking price down, especially after such interviews. I don't think he'd be such a fan favourite if he was to remain.

I hate this attitude. It is Boateng's right to express his wishes to leave Man City, but does he have to quote himself publicly? Now it's happening in our favor, but I wonder how would everyone feel if a Bayern player does it to our club.
A contract is a contract, and if you want out, you contact your management not the press, Neuer is a good example in this respect...
But still, let's hope for good news about Boateng's transfer very soon...

This is Something Really important , I mean if the coach has no problems in letting him go , then why should the Club Board Fight and in fact , look like idiots just to keep Him
