He is a professional patient whose career has been blighted by appearances for real madrid!

When healthy he is on par with Robben granted that he usually is hospitalized...
I can't find the source from Spain with his stats of playing time since he joined Real Madrid, the stats were shocking!
I'd prefer to break the bank for Bailey,Sane or Malcom and invest on these kids rather than gamble on Gareth Bale for a -Bayern- breaking record fee. Unfortunately Bale's career is over at the highest level and he peaked for Tottenham while his price tag still remains extremely high, I can hardly see any top team paying serious money for the lad knowing his injury history on his calf.

The only possibility for him to join Bayern is to stay with Dr.HWMW for weeks and get the green light from him and only because sporting-wise he is a plug-n-play footballer for us nonetheless.

I can agree with almost everything that you said, but i disagree that his career is over at the highest level. If you look at his stats this season, you can see that he's only behind Ronaldo, Kroos and Casemiro in the match ratings (per whoscored), and i don't think that many people will disagree that when he's healthy - he is one of the most consistent, versatile and better wingers in the world.

If you could give him the health of a guy like Lewy or Müller I'd be for it in a heartbeat....Always rated Bale but I'd have a hard time being sold on buying a guy to replace two aging and injury prone wingers who himself is injury prone and not exactly a spring chicken either

If you could give him the health of a guy like Lewy or Mueller, Real Madrid wouldn't sell, or otherwise for much more money that'd be well out of our budget :)

From SPORTBILD:
REAL-SUPERSTAR IN SPORT BILD :Gareth Bale: Bayern? „Sag niemals nie...“ [source]

"You can never rule out anything in football," Bale said. "Currently, I play football at Real Madrid and I enjoy that. Bayern have a fantastic squad and already in the past they have always been one of the most successful clubs in Europe. It's an honour for everyone to be linked with this club. But as of now I am a Real Madrid player."

Bale is evidently approaching a crucial summer, though, as he will want to be playing consistent football in what should be the peak years of his career. With Zidane in charge, that doesn't appear likely at the Santiago Bernabeu.

With all these Lewa rumours, can Bayern or Real think about making something like the Alexis-Mikhy trade ?

His injury record makes him a perfect fit for us. This way we can be sure that Robben will start next season's CL semifinal against Real Madrid

I’d still prefer a young but done player to an old and done player

He’s exactly what we need but only if he doesn’t always get injured. We've talked a lot about him before, and i think the most of the peope think that he's one of the best right wingers when he is 100 % healthy.
